What I Do
My purpose at xiik is to foster a creative, productive environment full of the right people doing the right things. As long as we have that, then innovative solutions, exceeding client expectations, and social responsibility all fall into place. I'm a recovering programmer with an MBA in marketing and eight years of experience in marketing strategy and implementation.

What I Do
I am a web developer who really enjoys making things look pretty, making them move and making it fun. (I started out in video.) If I can squeeze out a little more interactivity for a better user experience, then that's what I'll do. After mastering ActionScript, PHP and Javascript, I'm always pushing the envelope of what I can do. Outside xiik, I love spending time with my kids and date nights with my wife.

What I Do
I’m interested in how people think, behave, and react! I studied Psychology at Notre Dame and apply it professionally to consumer marketing, focusing on advertising. From national broadcast to local news, and ad budgets up to $20MM, I understand how media buying and branding work: identifying targeted audiences and securing ad positions at exceptional rates.

What I Do
I love to create. Whether it’s a web application, a piece of music, or a home improvement project, I enjoy finding out what makes things tick and using that knowledge to create innovative solutions. At xiik I develop websites using PHP and mobile applications using Objective-C. When I’m not at work I enjoy writing music, gardening, and playing with my bloodhounds, Daisy and Rufus.

My focus at xiik is to develop a web user experience that is vibrant as well as easy-to-use. I studied Computer Graphics at IUPUI in Indianapolis. And while work at xiik does keep me busy, I like to sneak in game time to root on the Pacers and the Colts.

I am detailed-oriented by nature, a vital quality for success in this varied role. I wear many hats, including project estimation and budgeting, production scheduling and resourcing, and proposal writing. In my free time I enjoy camping, the Indianapolis Colts, gardening, and a competitive game of cornhole. To most I'm Kelly, but to those who know me well, I'm Kel.

My background includes an M.B.A. in Leadership, 7 years of Operations Management in the trucking industry and 4 years in Account Management at a digital agency. I usually spend my free time with family, plotting my next home improvement project, or running.

I hold a degree in Advertising from the University of Southern Indiana, and have continued my education in the Google Engage program. Outside of work, I keep up with the latest GQ, Adage.com, or planning for my upcoming wedding!
